It seems that Matt at Metrix Create Space has been cloning up a storm. He has Clonedel RepStraps coming out of the molds at regular time intervals. Let the cloning begin!

Are you planning on selling the kits?
Joris, we’re quite sure the University won’t be selling kits. You might try to contact the folks at Metrix.
Metrix Create:Space is selling them, but their focus will eventually be on selling the molds to other hackerspaces to distribute parts. Take a look at http://metrixcreatespace.com/clonefactory for purchasing information.

Neil, the Clonedel idea is a project that came about by necessity in our lab — more students wanted plastic parts than we could print. We have years of expertise in casting/molding, it seemed liked the most logical choice. We agreed to keep Clonedels open as it is keeping in the spirit of building on the shoulders of those that came before us in the RepRap community. If we understand correctly, Metrix is attempting a real distributed factory concept. This concept could be viewed as a first. It certainly has the same goal that we have “To get more RepRaps into peoples hands”.
We look to the community to support this effort and provide constructive feedback.
